EUROVISION 2023 REVIEW: Finland

As promised, I will be reviewing each Eurovision entry in the most inconsistent way possible. The entries will be reviewed in a random order using my personal wheel on the Wheel of Names website.

Next is Finland. They are sending Käärijä with Cha Cha Cha

Date chosen: February 25, 2023

Method: Through their UMK national final. 7 acts competed for a chance to represent Finland in Liverpool

What I think: There is no denying that I absolutely love this song. It’s crazy, it’s party (his words, not mine). I love how it somehow combines boxing and Latin dancing, and the song being in Finnish was an added bonus. I’ll post the live performances down below to see what I’m talking about, but I just love it.

Ranking: 10/10

Chance (of qualifying and/or winning): If this doesn’t win I will scream. That is all. #Helsinki2024

Live performance at the national final in Finland + a bonus one at Tampere Olympia
